About the workshop

Making a good decision is not always about having more information.

Struggling to make a decision? Still questioning a choice you already made? Feeling stuck between too many options, or simply unsure what matters most?

In an age of information overload, answers are easier to find than ever. The challenge is turning all that information into a decision you can trust. Work, relationships, money, the future and even small daily choices can become difficult when there is too much noise and not enough clarity.

Decide Right is a practical workshop that examines how we make decisions and what gets in the way. Through individual and group work, we identify recurring patterns, biases, obstacles and opportunities, then build a clearer personal strategy for moving forward.

The goal is not only to make better choices. It is also to feel more confident about the choices we make.

The workshop is designed for companies, organizations and private groups.

After October 7, I founded Homiya, The Day After, to help survivors of the Nova music festival and military reservists regain a sense of direction and move forward. Through that work, two principles became increasingly clear to me: keep moving, and choose the story you tell yourself. Decide Right grew out of that experience.”

Workshop structure

From reflection to direction.

The experience is adapted to the needs of each organization, from a focused lecture to a workshop lasting several hours or a full day of individual and group work.

01

Past: We explore our personal story through a timeline exercise to understand what we have experienced, where we succeeded, where we faced difficulties and how those experiences shaped us. We identify recurring patterns and obstacles.

02

Present: We examine the current situation through the framing effect, decision making models and SWOT analysis. We look at what is influencing the decision now and how obstacles can be reframed as opportunities.

03

Future: We use guided visualization, a structured exercise for defining priorities and values work to define direction, build a personal strategy and create a practical compass for future decisions.

The method

Strategy meets intuition.

The Decide Right method draws on models from game theory and political science, along with principles I have used in advertising, branding and political campaigns: research, framing, prioritization and clear thinking under pressure.

It combines these tools with mindfulness, meditation and yoga practices.

The idea is not to choose between analysis and intuition. It is to learn how to use both.

Analysis helps us understand the options. Intuition helps us understand what matters.
Retreat

More time and space for deeper work.

The workshop can also be developed into a retreat that combines strategic tools with reflection, mindfulness, meditation and yoga.

Stepping away from the usual routine gives participants more time to identify patterns, clarify priorities and build a more intentional direction for what comes next.
